Live life in colour again! Explore your inner self through the power of Art Therapy. Join a vibrant and engaging group session where you will connect with yourself in a fun way.
No art skills are required.Art therapy is like an "all floors lift pass", it gives you access to all areas of your mind and soul whilst you uncover what is holding you back in life. If you are burnt out or struggling to meet a goal, or battle with lack of self confidence, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, or merely want to be connected to yourself, then this is the session for you.
I work with natural art materials, like paints made from saffron and paper made from stone. We will sometimes work with clay or other mediums as well. Join a session not to be missed!
I also support self-managed and plan managed NDIS clients.
The proceeds of my sessions are used to support groups of girls to gain confidence. Ask me when you meet me if you want to learn more about it.

Pineapple Welcome
Did you know a pineapple symbolizes the best of 'welcome' and 'luxury'? In ancient days, if you were welcomed to someone’s house with a rare (at the time) pineapple, it was recognized as a sign that the host had pulled out all the stops and was offering you all they had to give. I endeavor to give you all I have through the posts on my blog and welcome you with open arms through the facilitation of the art therapy sessions!
The pineapple has been a sign of hospitality ever since the trade routes between Europe and the Caribbean. Imperial travelers would go to remote islands in the Caribbean, and discovered that local people who hung the fruit in front of their entrances were welcoming to strangers.

Tree of life - Coconut Tree
The Coconut tree is called the Tree of Life, because all the parts of the entire tree - from top to bottom - are used to sustain human life.
Align yourself again to live life in full resolution in every aspect of your being.
Art Therapy taps into your sub-subconscious, and empowers you to change brain patterns. I focus on gentle healing approaches, packed with fun and excitement all along the way in virtual or in person sessions.

About Me
If you are emotionally stuck, burnt out or lack direction, and come from a fast pace environment where 'pause' is not in your vocabulary?
I get you!

Having worked in cutthroat environments, I understand what it takes to live life on the edge. When the edge becomes a too familiar place, for the wrong reasons, we find ourselves on the edge of breakdown and exhaustion. I work with women (and occasionally men) who want to unblock themselves and find meaning in who they are and what they do. Through the power of Art therapy, I help you see life in colour again, and empower you to maneuver through the noise of imposter syndrome and procrastination.
I am in particular passionate in supporting women who are brave enough to acknowledge the challenges they face when they find themselves in consistent stress and anxiety environments forming a spiral effect of unnatural habits leading to run, crash or burnout! There is a way out for you.

I'm an Art Therapist [CECAT Diploma] and a woman in business. I've had the privilege to be taught by so many different cultures, having lived in 5 different countries, and worked with businesses across Europe, Middle East, Africa, New Zealand and Australia, Ghana and South Africa.
I help people to stand tall in order to see further and wider and develop their own voice in this cluttered world. I've managed software companies, assisted businesses with their go to market strategies, managed sales organizations, headed up revenue generating business units in large corporate organizations and enabled "kidpreneurs" in Ethiopia with the products I co-designed with my sister.

I was blessed to be referenced in several books during my career, including: “Women leadership in emerging markets” by Chengadu Shireen and Caren Scheepers and “Play to Win: What Women can learn from men in Business” by Donna Rachelson.

I know what it means to be at rock bottom and have been through Art Therapy myself.
